Norfolk Pine tree.These are planted all along the beaches here & are massive. People plant them in their gardens not realising in 10 years they cost thousands to get rid of. They are fast growers,originate from Norfolk Island(duh !)but drop bits that are almost un -decompostable(!). They only look good at the beach, to provide shade !
