Pistachio & Rosewater cupcakes - the most delicious adult cupcakes I have ever had !
Combine 225g softened butter,225g castor sugar,225g sr flour,4 eggs & 1 tsp rosewater in a bowl,beat until smooth & pale.Spoon into 18 cases & bake for 20 mins in a 175C/350F/Gas Mark 4 oven.
When cool,combine 200g cream cheese & 175g icing sugar & beat until soft & creamy,add 2tbsps rosewater & 3 tbsps of unsalted pistachios,stir well & swirl onto cupcakes.
